Đôi lời kính gởi quý bạn đọc và quý diễn đàn trước khi vào Bản Tin :

Cuộc tấn công dã man nhằm sát hại toàn ban biên tập viết và vẽ Charlie Hebdo, luôn cả quyền tự do phát biểu và thể hiện quan điểm ở giữa Paris, thủ đô nước Pháp, càng làm chúng tôi nhớ đến Hà Nội, Huế, Sài Gòn bị tạm chiếm, nhớ đến Việt Nam bị đày đọa khổ nhục, mất hết nhân phẩm và nhân quyền. Chúng tôi nói ‘’Chúng ta đều là Charlie’’ vì Anh Chị Em, thay vì cầm bút, lại đang đeo còng số ‘’88’’ nổi tiếng thế giới của đảng xã hội đen mang cờ đỏ sao vàng và búa liềm. Anh Chị Em bị đánh đập tàn nhẫn giữa ban ngày, bị bắt cóc, bị biệt giam hầm tối, bị bịt miệng, bị tước đoạt tiếng nói ngay trên quê hương thân yêu của mình. (LTS LHNQVN-TS)

Chúng ta đều là Charlie, những người bạn và đồng nghiệp của chúng ta đã bị ám sát. Các nhà văn và nhà báo của chúng ta đang bị bắt làm con tin khắp nơi trên thế giới. Đừng quên mà hãy nhớ đến Anh Chị Em đó. Họ là những người chuyên chở ước mơ và phiêu lưu của chúng ta, họ còn là nhân chứng cho những thực trạng nhân loại. Họ bị gây hấn, tra tấn, cầm tù, bị bắt cóc, ám sát hoặc bị đày ải, bắt buộc lưu vong chỉ vì họ đã viết thành văn hoặc nói nên lời. Họ bị bịt miệng, tước đoạt tiếng nói. Và một loại kiểm duyệt tối hậu : giết chết tác giả nào mà ngôn ngữ, bài ca tiếng hát và các tranh vẽ đã gây tỉnh thức xã hội. Theo Văn Bút Quốc Tế, trong vòng một năm, có hơn ba mươi vụ ám sát nhà văn và nhà báo. Chúng ta vẫn nhớ rằng ngày 2 tháng Mười Một năm 2013, tại nước Mali, lòng dạ thiếu khoan dung và đầu óc cuồng tín mù quáng đã gây ra cái chết bi thảm và đau đớn cho hai bạn đồng nghiệp của chúng ta, bà Ghislaine Dupont và ông Claude Verlon, phóng viên cộng tác với đài phát thanh Pháp quốc tế (RFI). Từ ngày hai nhà báo bị sát hại, máu không ngừng đổ, cái chết vẫn xảy đến cho các đồng nghiệp khác. Và các cây viết, đủ loại và bút chì tiếp tục bị tịch thu, bị bẻ gãy và bị đày ải. Nhà văn và nhà báo, nhứt là phóng viên, bị giết chết nhưng thủ phạm sát nhân không bị trừng phạt trong rất nhiều trường hợp.

Vì vậy chúng ta hãy phẫn nộ, hãy biểu tỏ sự đoàn kết với tuần báo Charlie, với các nhà văn và nhà báo – những người mang ánh sáng thông tin chống lại bóng tối của bạo lực đe dọa, của bọn đồng lõa và kẻ đớn hèn. Chúng ta hãy cùng nhau cất cao tiếng nói, dù có thể uất nghẹn, thắp lên một ngọn nến, dù mong manh, để xua đi màn đêm băng giá của tính thờ ơ vô cảm, nỗi im lặng sợ hãi và thói đời quên lãng.

Chúng ta hãy góp lời cầu nguyện cho tất cả nạn nhân của cuộc tấn công dã man và tội ác nhằm sát hại tuần báo Charlie, luôn cả quyền tự do phát biểu và thể hiện quan điểm. Chúng ta hãy bày tỏ niềm thương cảm và thành thật chia buồn với thân nhân tang quyến, cùng bạn hữu và những đồng nghiệp sống sót trong cuộc thảm sát này.

Nous sommes tous Charlie. Joignez vos voix aux nôtres *.

Naufragés de la Liberté d’expression et survivants des enfers, nous continuons à joindre Charlie Hebdo, à nous lever à leur place.

Nous sommes tous Charlie, nos Amis et Collègues assassinés. Nos écrivains, poètes et journalistes sont pris en otage partout dans le monde. Ne les oublions pas. Ils sont nos porteurs de rêves et d’aventures, témoins des réalités humaines. Ils ont été agressés, torturés, emprisonnés, portés disparus ou contraints à l’exil à cause de leurs écrits ou leurs paroles. Ils ont été bâillonnés, réduits en silence. Ultime forme de censure: tuer l’auteur dont les mots, les paroles, les chants et les dessins dérangent, avec une trentaine d’assassinats durant une année, selon PEN International. On se souvient que le 2 novembre 2013, l’intolérance et le fanatisme ont causé la mort tragique et douloureuse de notre consoeur Ghislaine Dupont et de notre confrère Claude Verlon de Radio France Internationale (RFI) au Mali. Depuis leur mort, le sang ne cesse de couler pour d’autres collègues. Et la plume et le crayon continuent d’être confisqués, brisés, bannis. Des auteurs et des reporters surtout ont été mis à mort en toute impunité pour la plupart des cas.

Exprimons donc notre indignation, écrivons notre solidarité avec Charlie Hebdo, avec les écrivains et les professionnels de l’information contre l’ombre du menace, de la complicité et de la complaisance. Elevons notre voix même brisée, pour allumer une bougie, si fragile soit-elle, contre la nuit glaciale de l’indifférence, du silence et de l’oubli. Prions pour toutes les victimes de cette attaque barbare et criminelle contre Charlie Hebdo, contre la liberté d'expression et de la presse.

Exprimons notre profonde sympathie, nos sincères condoléances à leurs proches, leurs amis et collègues rescapés du massacre.

As castaways from Freedom of expression and survivors of many hells, we continue to join Charlie Hebdo, to stand up in their stead.

We are all Charlie, our murdered friends and colleagues. Around the world, our writers, poets and journalists are held hostage. Let us not forget them. They are bearers of our dreams and adventures, witnesses of human realities. They have been attacked, tortured, imprisoned, reported missing or forced into exile. They were gagged and reduced to silence. The ultimate form of censorship is to kill those whose words, speeches, songs and even drawings disturb. In the last 12 months, PEN International has recorded thirty murders. Remember: on the November 2, 2013, in Mali, intolerance and fanaticism killed our two colleagues Ghislaine Dupont and Claude Verlon who worked for Radio France Internationale (RFI). Since they died, blood has constantly flowed from other colleagues. And pens and pencils of all kinds continue to be confiscated, broken, or banished. Writers and reporters notably have been shot with impunity.

Let us express our indignation, write our solidarity with Charlie Hebdo, with all the writers and information professionals working against the shadow of threats, complicity and connivance. Let us raise our voice, even it is broken, to light a candle against the iceberg-cold night of indifference, silence and oblivion.

Let us pray for all the victims of this barbaric attack against Charlie Hebdo, against freedom of expression and freedom of the press. Let us express our deepest sympathy, our sincere condolences to their famiies, their friends and colleagues who are survivors of their massacre.
